However, Spotless Carpets cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed, there are some types of carpet and stains that will marry very well together and no amount of cleaning will remove the stain.
Whilst we will always endeavour to do our very best to clean your carpets, we will not be held responsible for ineffective removal of stubborn stains or old stains that reappear during cleaning or at any time after a clean has been performed.
